Abstract: | In Kerala, almost all Grama-panchayath have a Government Homoeopathic dispensary and majority of the taluk have a Taluk Hospitals. All districts of Kerala have district hospitals also in government sector. There are 5 Homoeopathic Medical Colleges out of which two are truly government and two are aided colleges. Two government Colleges are conducting undergraduate and post graduate courses in homoeopathy. I addition to these institutions there are thousands of clinics and dispensaries at private sector. In all these government and private institutions thousands of patients with different diseases are treated successfully. People all over India and majority of the countries in the world. Homoeopathy has been accepted as a second line of treatment because of its effectiveness without further damage to the body system, its simplicity in application without any invasive techniques, its cost effectiveness etc. newlineThis study focuses on Homeopathic Healthcare management practices in Kerala, the objective of this study is to check the perception of the patients and doctors towards Homeopathic treatment and management system for Homeopathic healthcare. Hypotheses are constructed using various statistical tools like Chi Square distribution, Correlation, Regression, Percentage analysis, Paired t-test, Cronbach s alpha for data analysis. This study was conducted using the samples taken from the Primary and Secondary Data from selected districts in Kerala, the main target of the study was to find the opinion about the Homeopathic treatment and its management compared to the other systems of medicines and its management. From the findings of the study, it is found that there is a general lack of awareness of the Homeopathic treatment and Homeopathic system. Also, from the data collected from the Doctors and from their opinion it is known that there is a lack of facilities, and a general idea among the public is that the other modern system of medicine (referring to Allopathy) is better comparatively.
