Abstract: Human factor is progressively getting significant. Administrators have noted that an newlineorganization s prosperity is accomplished not only with huge capital or advanced newlinetechnology but with strong workforce, without which every effort taken by the newlineorganization will certainly fail. Subsequently, human resource is considered as an newlineunlimited factor. What is significant here is the inspiration and confidence of the newlineworkforce in the organization. Moreover, this significant factor can show its real newlinecapacity when it has the inspiration to work. Implying that not at all like different newlinevariables, it should not be coordinated simply by management, organizational newlineguidelines and other external forces; rather, an internal force should cause them to newlineperform better. According to the researches carried out in the past brings about the newlinefields of management, job satisfaction is a central point in impacting the inspiration. newlineThere is an immediate connection between motivation and job satisfaction. newlineAccordingly, the main obligation of managers in the fields of human resources is to newlineimprove the degree of job satisfaction and consequently motivate the employees to newlineperform efficiently.
