Abstract: newlineGreener eco-friendly processes becoming more popular and essential nowadays newlineas a worldwide to encounter various environmental issues. Recent years, green newlinenanotechnology explored as a powerful technology to develop innovative solutions, newlinethat is reliable and also sustainable for the existing global problems through research newlineand development. The plant extracts is an attractive one particularly at medicinal newlineapplications because of advantage of certain properties such as biodegradability newlineenvironmental friendly high biocompatibility with low toxicity when compared with newlineconventional synthesis methods. The present study is one such attempt with a novel newlinegreen approach for the synthesis characterization biomedical applications studies of newlineTitanium, Silver, Zinc and Gold nanoparticles using plant extract of Cissus quadrangularis newlineaqueous extract under ambient conditions. The green synthesized nanoparticles were newlinecharacterized by UV-visible spectroscopy, SEM with EDX, FTIR and XRD, Raman newlinespectrum, UV-DRS to confirm their morphological, functional groups and crystalline newlinenature. The phytochemical constituents present in leaf extract of Cissus quadrangularis newlinewere analysed by GC-MS. The Green synthesized Titanium, Silver, Zinc and Gold newlinenanoparticles were tested for their antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis, newlineEscherichia coli, Streptococcus pneumonia and Staphylococcus aureus and their newlineanticancer studies MCF-7 were tested. newlineChapter-I: In this chapter the various methods of synthesizing of newlinenanocomposites and related green synthesis have been presented. newlineChapter-II: In this chapter brief review of literature have been discussed. The newlinedifferent methods for the synthesis of Ti, Ag, Zn and Au nanocomposites and its newlineapplication in the various fields have been presented.
