Abstract: Bisphenol S (BPS) is an industrial chemical which has been used as a newlinereplacement of potentially toxic chemical Bisphenol A (BPA). BPS has been newlineutilized as an important constituent of anti corrosive agent to increase the newlinestability of polymer, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) for making plastic bottles, newlineand epoxy resins to coat inner-lining of food can and colour developer in thermal newlinepapers (Viñas et al., 2010; Lotti et al., 2013; Thayer et al., 2016). BPS shows newlineestrogen mimicking activity and it acts as a thyroid hormone disruptor (Kang et newlineal., 2014; Naderi et al., 2014). Literature suggest that BPS exerts toxic effects on newlinenervous system, reproductive system, cardiovascular system , renal and hepatic newlinesystem (Kinch et al., 2015; Nourian et al., 2017; Ullah et al., 2016; Gao et al., newline2015; Zhang et al., 2016; Zhang et al., 2018). However, the effects of BPS on newlinehaematological and cardiovascular variables have not been studied in detail. newlineTherefore, this study has been undertaken to evaluate any possible toxicity of newlineBPS on haematological and cardiovascular variables. newline
