Particular areas of concern are newlineintake of excessive dietary fats in comparison to fruits and vegetables. Owing to newlineglobalization and urbanization, in developing countries, eating behavior of an individual is newlinenow increasingly coming under the spotlight. WHOhas reported that overweight and obesity newlinecause more deaths than malnourishment (Malnutrition, 2018). Nearly 57% of cardiovascular newlinedeaths can be attributed to high BMI coupled with less physical activity (Mathers, et.al. newline2009).
