The increasing need for health care and cures has been triggered by the newlineincrease in the aging population. A well-functioning healthcare system can newlinemake a considerable contribution to the development and economy of a country. newlineHealthcare monitoring is an essential component of health systems. Patient newlinemonitoring is the regular examination and detection of essential physiological newlineprocesses to aid in therapeutic interventional decisions. A Healthcare newlineMonitoring System (HMS) is a powerful technology that offers an alternative newlineto the traditional patient and health management system. The high expense of newlinehealthcare, the growth of the aging population, and the rise in patients with newlinechronic diseases worldwide are the factors that demand remedies in the newlinehealthcare sector. One problem is to figure out how to deliver better healthcare newlineto a rising number of people while working with small human and financial newlineresources. The growing healthcare issues made the researchers find the finest newlineand most effective health remedies. Recently, there has been a lot of interest in newlinethe development of wireless Body Sensor Networks or BSN systems for health newlineassessment. The BSN is a wireless network that allows sensor nodes connected newlineto a human body to communicate with one another to detect the vital parameters newlineof the body and surroundings. BSN systems in HMS are receiving larger newlineattention nowadays, but it has some issues associated with it. Effective, newlinetrustworthy and secure BSN that can satisfy growing e-health requirements is newlinerequired. Pervasive health monitoring systems using body sensor networks face newlineseveral significant concerns. The major issues in BSN are execution cost, data newlinesecurity, resource allocation, and Quality of Service (QoS). To give subscribers newlinea long-term and high QoS, resource allocation in the HMS must be optimized. newline
