The study also aims to uncover the personal characteristics of micro and small enterprise newlineowners/managers and the organizational features of the enterprises that significantly impact the newlineemployment growth rate in the three cities. newlineThe study was done on 286 micro and small enterprises chosen from the three cities. A single-stage newlinecluster sampling technique was employed to select enterprises included in the study. Enumerators newlinehired for the job collected the data from the owners/managers of the enterprises using a schedule newlinedesigned by the researcher. The collected data was analyzed through univariate, bivariate (Chisquare, newline newlinecorrelation, and ANCOVA), and multivariate (Multiple Linear Regression) analysis newlinetechniques using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). newline |
