Abstract: | newlineCancer is a lethal disease resulting from abnormal cell growth newlineoriginating from any part of the body. The cancer cells have the ability to newlinemetastasize among neighboring organs of the body, if untreated or newlinedisregarded. Clinical providers have the pressure to control the unregulated newlinegrowth of cells to comfort and to save the patients. Researchers are newlineperforming detailed study on most of the cancer types to support medical newlineneeds for the early recognition and diagnosis of the disease. Skin Cancer is newlinethe one among several other types of cancer. Basal cell carcinoma, squamous newlinecell carcinoma and melanoma are the main types of skin cancer. Due to the newlinedepletion of ozone during recent years there is a threat to the human society newlinefor this type of cancer. Even though skin cancer is more prone to individuals newlinehaving lighter skin tone, the risk factors are high among people with dark newlinepigmentation also. Due to changing climatic conditions, work related newlinecarcinogens and life style of humans the likelihood for skin cancer is elevated. newlineStudies have shown that there is a rapid rise in the number of cases accounted newlineunder this type. In India the occurrence of BCC is more compared to other newlinetwo types of skin cancer. newlineThe timely need is to develop modern devices for the early detection of newlinethe disease and to take precautionary actions towards them for the benefit of newlinemankind. Drug delivery mechanism through proper administration is another newlinecrucial process to cure diseases. Targeted drug delivery is the present state of newlineart in health care sector. The proposed work is to develop a methodology to newlineunderstand the mathematical behavior of the skin in drug diffusion newlinemechanism. It is also proposed to develop a biosensor model by integrating newlinegraphene nanomaterial. |
