Abstract: Vertically aligned WO3 nanowires (NWs) were synthesized on Si substrate by employing the newlineglancing angle deposition (GLAD) for the first time. Structural, morphological and newlinephotoluminescence properties of as-deposited WO3 NWs and samples annealed at different newlinetemperature viz 300° C, 400 °C, 600 °C, and 700 °C were studied. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) newlineconfirmed the different phase transition after annealing. newline
