Abstract: Nanotechnology has emerged intensively in recent years and has become one of the most newlineimperative and exhilarating forefront fields in chemistry, physics, engineering, and biology. A newlineparticle having one or more dimensions of the order 100 nm or less is generally defined as a newlinenanoparticle, and in nanotechnology, a particle is demarcated as a minor object that behaves as newlinea complete unit in terms of its conveyance and properties. Nanoparticles exhibit several sizes newlinerelated properties that vary significantly from those observed in bulk materials. The attentiongrabbing newlineproperties of nanoparticles are mainly owing to the large surface area to volume ratio, newlineand quantum confinement effects observed in nanomaterials. Nanoparticles are found in newlinedifferent dimensions like 0-D, 1-D, 2-D, 3-D depending upon the number of confined newlinedirections of the electrons newline
