Abstract: newline ABSTRACT newlineFlexible pavement is applied in extremely thick layers, which gives it the ability to withstand newlineheavy and more frequent traffic flows, which makes it the ideal choice for major roadways newlineand highways. Since regular maintenance is required for this type of pavement, repair work is newlinefairly easy. Most of the soils are failed to meet the requirements of the standard newlinespecifications. There is a need to go for alternative materials. The scarcity of soil which suits newlinefor construction activities by fulfilling geotechnical characteristics is forcing the pavement newlineengineers to look for alternative materials. On the other hand, rapid industrialization newlinegenerates huge quantities of industrial wastes and their disposal becomes a big task. Fly ash newlinewhich is a major residue industrial wastes material from thermal power plants consist newlineparticles (a major component of coal ash) can become lodged in the deepest part of your newlinelungs, where they trigger asthma, inflammation and immunological reactions. Studies link newlinethese particulates to the four leading causes of death. heart disease, cancer, respiratory newlinediseases and stroke. In addition to leaching, fly ash toxics are able to travel through the newlineenvironment as a result of erosion, runoff, or through the air as fine dust. The fact that the newlinechemicals in the ash can escape and move through the environment is what makes fly ash newlineharmful. Crusher dust is an Industrial residue obtained from stone crushing plants after newlinemaking required sizes of crushed stone aggregate. Quarry dust is a by product of the crushing newlineprocess which is a concentrated material to use as aggregates for concreting purpose, newlineespecially as fine aggregates. In quarrying activities, the rock has been crushed into various newlinesizes; during the process the dust generated is called quarry dust and it is formed as waste. newlineInherent qualities like non plastic, incompressibility with high dry densities make crusher newlinedust an alternative to coarse grained- non plastic soils. In the present study stone crusher dust newlineis used i
