Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to explore the link between job satisfaction and organizational newlineperformance and to determine whether there is there an empirically provable relationship newlinebetween these two variables and the direction and the intensity of this relationship. Here it is newlineimperative to point out that the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational newlineperformance is complex; the research on it is rare; and theoretical and practical studies have newlinenot yielded an unambiguous answer to the real nature and strength of the connection between newlinejob satisfaction and organizational performance. This thesis empirically examined the impact newlineof job satisfaction on organizational performance among the employees working in the steel newlineindustry with reference to Bellary District. It notes that job satisfaction is vital for improved newlineorganizational performances. This study tells that an employee with a high level of job newlinesatisfaction holds positive attitudes towards his job. On the contrary, an employee who is newlinedissatisfied with his job holds negative attitudes about the job. It also noted that improved newlineorganizational performances result from committed workforces who are satisfied with their newlinework facets in the organizations. newlineIt also noted that improved organizational performances result from committed newlineworkforces who are satisfied with their work facets in the organizations. The usually newlinejudgment about employees is that A satisfied worker is a productive worker . If employees newlineare satisfied then it will create a pleasant atmosphere within the organization to perform in a newlinebetter and efficient manner, therefore, job satisfaction and its relation with organizational newlineperformance has become a major topic for research studies.
