Abstract: newline This research aims to analyze the impact of Emotional Labor on emotional well-being, job involvement and stress of employees. In an effort to meet this objective, data was collected with the help of snowball sampling method, from the sample of 391 professionals working in various multinational companies of Information Technology located in Gurgaon, Haryana. The sample under the research included both male and female employees of age group varying from 21 years to 60 years and working experience ranging from less than 1 year to 30 years in different multinational companies of the IT sector located in Gurgaon. Approximately 49.1% were females and 50.9% were males.
