Abstract: The geomechanical parameters are combination of pore pressure, rock mechanical strength, in-situ stress and its orientation to define numerical state of a rock whereas, the petrophysical parameters such as porosity, volume of shale and saturation are essential properties to characterize a hydrocarbon reservoir. newline
