Internet has revolutionized the pattern of working style at the workplace. It has turned the existence upside down. It has changed communications, to the extent that it is now a preferred medium anywhere, everywhere. The Internet is no longer concerned with information exchange alone: it is a sophisticated multidisciplinary tool enabling individuals to create content, communicate with one another, and even escape reality. In reality, it is affecting the work and routine of individuals. People are more inclined to the virtual world and the messages disseminated by them rather than focusing on the conditions around. At the upfront, organizations have adopted all methodologies which are latest and does not cover pre-defined or conventional methods to perform tasks. To run businesses smoothly and efficiently they have utilized the internet platform in best possible ways and guided employees too for better results (Lim, 2002). Besides the considerable advantages, the Internet is also proved to have unconstructive approach at workplace sometimes (Hunik, 2012). People working in organizations may get deviated from work and indulge in various other activities to avoid work. newline
