dc.description.abstract | Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) syndrome is a common newlinedisorder affecting at least 2 to 4% of the adult population. OSA newline(using the definition of 5 or more events/ hour) affects almost 1 newlinebillion people globally, with 425 million adults aged 30-69 years newlinehaving moderate to severe OSA (15 or more events/h).
