An Exploratory Study to Analyse the Risk Factors Associated With Development of Cancer of Cervix and Breast

Abstract

The study reveal that the risk factor associated with cervical cancer are family history newlineof cervical cancer, late age of marriage, increased number of parities, history of newlinereproductive tract infection, personal habits of alcohol or cigarette or tobacco smoking newlineand infected with human papilloma virus. There is a significant association with risk newlinefactor and development of cervical cancer. newlineThe result of the study reveal that risk factors associated with breast cancers are family newlinehistory of breast cancer, late age of pregnancy, no children during life time, no history newlineof breast feeding, early age of menopause, non-vegetarian consumption, habits of newlinesmoking or alcohol or tobacco consumption, no exercise pattern, had less than 2 hour newlineof activity per day, had overweight or obese, history of contraceptive usage. These risk newlinefactor had significant association with breast cancer occurrence, hence hypothesis 2 newlinewas accepted that there is a significant association between the risk factors and newlinedevelopment of cervical cancer. newline newline
