Abstract: The number of subjects, who were in MMRC grade 1 were 28.95%. The proportion newlinewith MMRC grading, 2, 3 and 4 were 37.8%, 31.15% and 2.25 %respectively in newlinestudy population. newlineThe proportion of participants who are categorized as mild and moderate on Gold newlineclassification were 8.9% and 31.1%. The proportion of participants with severe and newlinevery severe GOLD category were 33.3% and 26.7% respectively. There was a newlinestatistically significant negative correlation between increasing FEV1% predicted newlinevalue and the ODI in study population . newlineHence we conclude that 22.2% patients had various degrees of Nocturnal newlinedesaturation Index .There was a statistically significant negative correlation between newlineincreasing FEV1% predicted value and the ODI . The proportion of people with mild newlineand severe ODI were higher in people with higher MMRC grade. newline
