HYPOTHESIS: NULL HYPOTHESIS: H01: There will be no significant difference in post test knowledge score of video assisted teaching program and PowerPoint presentation on knowledge gain regarding standard Norms of Nurse-to-patient ratio among staff Nurses. H02: There will be no significant difference in association of post test knowledge score of video assisted teaching program on knowledge gain regarding standard Norms of Nurse-to-patient ratio among staff Nurses with selected demographic variables. H03: There will be no significant difference.
