Abstract: newline It is well known that the HIV1 virus belongs to the retrovirus family, newlinewhich causes acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) in human newlinepopulations. Therefore, AIDS is a major health problem for the world. newlineHIV1 is widespread throughout the world with high prevalence in newlinedeveloping countries. Earlier studies have suggested that the HIV newlinestrains HIV1 and HIV2 originated from various cross-species newlineinfections of simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV), which are naturally newlineinfecting African primates. Therefore, the continent of Africa is the newlinemost affected region in the world, with about two-thirds of new HIV newlineinfection cases, most recently (WHO, 2019). It is believed that a newlinegroup of bushmeat hunters were the first human groups to be newlineinfected with HIV. The first case was reported in the early 1980s. In newlinerecent years, the HIV1 virus is a major threat to the world.India, the newlinethird largest HIV / AIDS epidemic official in the world, had an newlineestimated 2.14 million people living with HIV (PLHIV). It is positive newlinenews for us that India has responded to the HIV / AIDS epidemic newlinewhich has been very effective since its peak in 1995, with a drop of newlineover 80% in fresh HIV infections and 71% in AIDS-related deaths. newlineHowever, the effect of ART scale-up and survival of PLHIV on the newlinesize of PLHIV aged 50 years or older in India is currently unknown. newlineIn view of this, the present investigation was based on the host newlinegenetic factors with earlier reported genetic polymorphism , which newlineshowed the protection to HIV1 in the populations. A total of 309 newlineblood and saliva samples have been collected from Raj Gond, Korku newlineand caste populations of Madhya Pradesh, DNA were successfully newlineextracted. The extracted DNA samples were further used for genetic newlineevaluation of selected genes of chemokine receptors (chemokine newlinereceptor 5 and chemokine receptor 2) and a ligand (SDF1). The newlineSDF1 is a ligand of the CXCR4 receptor. Selected genes were newlinestudied for used for PCR amplification. Such as chemokine receptor newline5, chemokine receptor 2 and stromal derived factor 1
