The electrical energy demand had been intensified drastically newlinedue to the booming technology. The growth of renewable energy sources newlinewere expedient and lead the way to meet the energy demand. The newlinerenewable sources were available in nature like sun, wind, biomass, newlinegeothermal etc. These sources were non-depleted and accessible in newlinenature. The electrical powers generated from Renewable energy system newline(RES) were clean, reduce green-house gases, zero-emission, turbulent, newlinereplaces the effects of fossil fuels etc. The solar and wind energies were newlineinexhaustible natural energy-sources available in nature. The obstruction newlineof solar energy was that, the Photo Voltaic (PV) cells life spans were newlinelessened. The World Wind Energy Association (WWEA) articulates India newlinefor its third place in major contribution of wind power. The power newlineasserted from Wind Energy Conversion System (WECS) depends on the newlinewind speed and its velocity, but the wind-speed was stochastically newlinevarying in nature. The maximum-power effectuated from the Wind newlineTurbines (WT) with the cut-in speed of wind to be (36-54) kph with newlinewind-velocity of (10-15) m/s. The major control problems embraced in newlineWECS were Wind-Turbine generator torque control and Maximum newlinePower Point Tracking (MPPT) Strategies, Wind-Turbine Pitch Control, newlineGrid-Integration control for frequency regulation etc. Due to fluctuating newlinenature of wind, the grid-integration with the WECS is a significant newlineresearch prospective. The Rotor Side Converter (RSC) and Grid Side newlineInverter (GSI) accomplish the grid-integration of WECS. These newlineconverters are correlated by using a DC-link capacitor in the prescriptive newlinesystem. The DC-link capacitors were used to stabilize the DC-link newlinevoltage of Grid-Connected Systems (GCS). It is shunted primarily to newlinex newlineprovide smooth input to the inverter connected to the grid. The obligation newlineof the DC-link capacitor was to exterminate the voltage-ripples from the newlineRSC and harmonize a persistent voltage as an input to the Voltage- newlineSource-Inverter (VSI). The DC-link voltage cannot be controlled by
