Many researchers are looking for appropriate alternative fuels as newlinepetroleum fuels become depleted as a result of rapid growth in users. In newlinedeveloping countries like India, the necessity of exploring renewable newlinesources of energy for generation of motive power due to their economic newlinestructure is unavoidable. Bio fuels are helpful to environmental newlinecondition to reduce greenhouse gases, cost effectiveness and availability newlinefactors. This research examines the emission and performance newlinecharacteristics of non-edible oil utilizing a few approaches as a fuel for newlinediesel engines. Trans-estrification method is used to transform the nonedible newlineoil extracted from Prosopis juliflora seeds into biodiesel. And the newlinesame is being tested in different modules in this study. The biodiesel newlinedeveloped less brake thermal efficiency than diesel operation. In order newlineto improve the brake thermal efficiency, nanoparticles are added into the newlinebiodiesel. But, as a consequence of adding nanoparticles, Oxide of newlineNitrogen (NOX) level is increased in emission. SCR method is adapted newlineto reduce the NOX level at a maximum. The study indicated the use of newlineTPJB 20 with Aluminium Oxide nanoparticle 90 ppm by various newlineconcentrations and at the pressure of 20 bar Urea injection through SCR newlinesystem reduced the NOX emission, reduced the smoke and improved newlineengine efficiency newline
