Disability has always been an newlineinevitable and indistinguishable part of human life. Many individuals are newlineborn with a disability, while others acquire one later in life due to a variety newlineof factors, including infectious disease, inherited conditions or accidents, as newlinea consequence of malnutrition, lack of adequate preventive health care, newlineexposure to environmental pollutants or as a result of warfare, landmines or newlineother natural calamities such as, floods, earthquake and tsunami etc.. newlineDisability is a concept that is understood and interpreted by newlinevarious social thinkers keeping in mind the inherent philosophy of the term newlinein its actual sense. The term disability carries with it the assumption of a newlinelack or deficiency- whether physical, mental or sensory with respect to newlinesome people.
