Abstract: Globally Anemia (Pandu) is a serious health problem among all age groups newline(preschool-age children, school-age children, pregnant and non-pregnant women, newlinemen, and elderly) that affects populations of both developed as well as developing newlinecountries. Iron-deficiency is the most common disorder which causes anemia, newlinesimilarly, to other conditions, likewise, malaria, intestinal parasitic infection (Krimi), newlinefurther nutritional disorder, and hemoglobinopathies are also responsible, for the newlinecauses of anemia. Anemia signifies a decrease amount of hemoglobin in the blood. In newlineAyurveda it is also known as Panduroga newline
