Abstract: The Internet of Things (IoT) is a critical stage in the evolution of the information newlineage. Individuals, and even governments, are paying more attention to social newlineinformation as it continues to develop. IoT consists of small, low-capacity devices, it newlineis therefore more effective in a constrained environment, such as IoTs with limited newlinebattery power and processing capacities. Network establishment must ensure newlineconfidentiality, reliability, and honesty of communication between these devices. As newlineDigital communication dependency, requirement increases by implementation of newlineIOT network that do not have primary spectrum for transferring data. Limited newlinespectrum utilization attract researcher to optimize by means of data compression, newlinerouting, etc. This work has developed a secure routing technique to improved the newlinespectrum utilization in IoT network. Routing of the packet was done by genetic newlinealgorithm. IoT network is dynamic in nature hence genetic algorithm do not need any newlinetraining to find good set of sequential node from sender device to receiver device. newlineTwo genetic algorithms were implement first was bio-geography based optimization newlineand second was wolf optimizer. A Biogeography Optimization Adamic Trust IOT newlineRouting (BOATIR) dynamic routing algorithm in cognitive radio network. Use of newlinecrossover and mutation operation in selected chromosomes of the population newlineincrease the chance of good route selection. As short duration spectrum availability newlineneed less time consuming algorithm, so BGO performance for route generation was newlineless. Proposed Biogeography Optimization Adamic Trust IOT Routing (BOATIR) newlineuses a multi objective fitness function for improving spectrum utilization with low newlineenergy requirement to transmit packet. This energy efficient model indirectly newlineincrease life span of cognitive radio network having wireless communication. To newlineachieve spectrum utilization objective Wolf Optimization Adamic Trust IOT Routing newline(WOATIR) was also implemented for routing of data. This work apply wolf hunting newlinefor finding end to end path. Further work evaluates Adamic Adar trust value that newlinehelps models to identify malicious node and stop packet routing in malicious path, newlinethis increase channel utilization of the work. Neighbor relation was used in the newlinefunction for the trust evaluation in virtual environment. Hybrid combination of trust newlineevaluation and routing algorithm has increases the IOT performance. newlineImplementations of models were done on MATLAB platform. Experiment was done newlineon different number of IOT nodes for various possible links. Results were compared newlinewith existing techniques and it was obtained that BOATIR has improved the newlinethroughput by 46.55% as compared to SACR and 8.75% as compared to WOATIR newlinemodel. It was found that propose model has reduced the latency time by 3.3% as newlinecompared to SACR model and 4.01% as compared to WOATIR model. newline
