Abstract: newline Background: Many numbers of technologies are used today to process and manage different newlineactivities in every field. Without technologies we cannot imagine our work, Technologies make newlinework easy accurate, and fast and increase humans efficiency. Technologies also affect newlinemanagerial effectiveness. newlineThe adaptation of Information Technology (IT) in the banking sector has brought significant newlinegrowth to India. It affected banks customers and the ICT (Information communication and newlinetechnology) has brought phenomenal growth in the banking sector and changed the functional newlinescenario of banks. For the effective and efficient use of IT, employee acceptance, training, and newlineuse of information systems are important. The infrastructure of information technology (IT), newlinewhich broadly refers to computers and their peripheral devices, has seen phenomenal growth newlinein the service sector in the past few years. newlinePurpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of Information Technology newlineAdaptation on Managerial Effectiveness in the Banking sector. newlineLooking at this growth and changes, it is necessary to analyze the impact of Information newlineTechnology Adoption on Effectiveness. Hence, an attempt is made to analyze and examine the newlineimpact of IT on Managerial Effectiveness by selecting bank employees of the Indore sector. newlineFrom the previous study, it was analyzed that, the impact of Information Technology Adoption newlineon Managerial Effectiveness has yet not been studied. Individual factors have been studied but newlinetheir impact has not been found yet. This motivated me to take this topic for my research. newlineMethods: The study was a crossover design within subjects using a non-probability and newlinepurposive sampling method.
