Present work comprises of nine major chapters, which begins with introductory part and literature survey is followed by spectroscopy, colorimetry and chromatography techniques. Finally, Methods had been analyzed with statistical approach like t-Test and ANOVA. newlineResearch work includes spectroscopy techniques like Simultaneous equation method, First order derivative method, Dual wavelength method and pH independent method for the estimation of single or multi component analysis of formulation used for the treatment of respiratory system diseases. In addition, Anti-histaminic drugs like Azelastine HCl, Olopatadine HCl, Fexofenadine HCl and Loratadine were estimated with cost-effective and sensitive approach Bromate-Bromide visible spectrophotometry method. Chromatography method HPTLC was applied to combined formulation and mixture of anti-histamines and gluco-corticosteroids like Betamethasone and Loratadine, Olopatadine HCl and Mometasone furoate and Olopatadine HCl and Fluticasone propionate specifically used to treat the respiratory diseases. newlineAn HPTLC method was developed for the estimation of various nasal sprays of Gluco-corticosteroids like Triamcinolone acetonide, Budesonide, Beclomethasone propionate, Fluticasone propionate and Mometasone furoate simultaneous using common mobile phase to make approach cost-effective and time saving by using minimum possible quantity of chemicals. newline Abovementioned all designed approaches were validated for the parameters like linearity and range, precision, accuracy, limit of detection and quantification according to the ICH Q2R1 guideline. newline Statistical analysis was applied for the data comparison of assay of formulation with different methods and using common method with different formulations, t-Test and ANOVA were used to compare the Formulation analysis data. newline newline
