It not only affects physical and mental health of employees, but also reduces the competitiveness and productivity of the organization. Financial Industry is one of the most stressful sectors. Pressure at the workplace is unavoidable due to the demands of the contemporary work environment. Major causes of workplace stress includes job content , work load and work pace, working hours, Participation and control, career development, status and pay, role in the organization, interpersonal relationships, organizational culture, work-life balance. newlinePresent study focuses on quantitative approach and descriptive research design.
