dc.description.abstract | Temperature is an important parameter influencing activities inside human body, which is maintained or regulated by blood flow. The heat transfer occurring inside human body or between body and surrounding is influenced by many conditions like diseases, blood flow, therapeutic conditions etc. Nature of blood is most influencing factor which could be Newtonian or non Newtonian. Skin acts as barrier for heat transfer between body and its surroundings. To understand these factors there are many models proposed by Penne s, Wulff continuum model, Klinger continuum model, Chen Holmes continuum model, Weinbaum, Jiji and Lemons bio heat model etc. newlineIn the present study, we focused on solving few bio - heat transfer equation analytically. One dimensional heat equation arises, if skin tissue is considered which is usually modeled as slab or multilayered structure. Flow parameters and types of flow like peristaltic, Pulsatile or laminar flow of Newtonian and non Newtonian fluid, presence of magnetic field influences heat transfer if blood flow is considered.
