Abstract: Anxiety is a feeling characterized by an uncomfortable internal state of newlineconflict, which is frequently accompanied with tense behavior, unpleasant emotions, newlinelike fear and unease, which are frequently accompanied by physical tenseness, newlinerestlessness, exhaustion, and difficulties in maintaining focus. It may be appropriate, newlinebut if it happens frequently, the person may suffer from an anxiety problem.
