Abstract: | Women s development is defined as improving the ability of women to access the newlineconstituents of development in particular; health, education, earning opportunities, newlinerights and political participations. In India, women development is dependent on newlinemany different variables like education status, social status, geographical status and newlineage. Consequently, India s development is also facing the positives and negatives by newlinethe current situation of women. Towards positives there is more focus on secondary newlineeducation for females, earning population growth and analysis of their effect on newlinescope and areas of women s participation in corporate sector. The aim is to have a newlinebeneficial impact on the representation of women in all explanatory variables in the newlineprivate sector. This suggests that an effective recognition to women s employment newlinecould be the secret to achieving higher living standards in India. It is in reality about newlinethe productive distribution of jobs since the privileges of women in India are not as newlinelarge as men. newlineThe role of women in the workplace has been expanding steadily, but there is also newlinegender bias in professional/non-professional fronts, not only in India but across the newlineworld. The nature and expression of it changes in different contexts and cultures. newlineThe core components of every plan to strengthen the livelihood of women are newlineschooling and training. The education of many rural poor people, especially women, newlineon business skills as well as life skills such as health management, decision-making, newlinetrust or conflict management, will make a tremendous difference for many of the newlinerural poor. Men also have different preparation requirements than women because, newlinein addition to managing their housework and caring duties, they are more likely to newlinebe active as family members, livelihood growers, home micro-based entrepreneurs newlineor less-paid professionals.
