Abstract: Nuclear magnetic resonance is the most powerful non-destructive analytical technique, widely newlineused as a preferred characterizing tool for small organic molecules to large molecular weight newlinebiomolecules such as proteins. With the advancement in NMR technology and methodology over newlinethe years, the study of structure, composition and dynamical properties of molecules in both the newlinesolution and solid states has become more feasible. Solution and solid-state NMR spectroscopy newlineare the two invaluable analytical techniques that work on the same principle but give distinct newlineinformation due to different sample states. Thus combining the power of these two advanced newlinetechniques could complement each other in elucidating the three-dimensional structural details of newlinesmall to large molecules at an atomic scale, which undoubtedly impacts research in biology, newlinechemistry, material science, environmental science, and physics. newline
