Abstract: The study commenced with the introduction and the literature review of four variables, namely Work place incivility, Psychological well-being, Individual work-performance and Turnover intention. The descriptive analysis along with survey techniques has been used in the study. The data has been collected from both the primary and the secondary sources. The primary data was collected from a sample of 560 employees who have been working at various positions at middle and lower levels in the selected banks of Northern India. All four questionnaires were standardized questionnaires. The geographical scope of the study remained limited to the states of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and the Union Territory of Chandigarh. The findings of first objective were that workplace incivility has a significant and negative impact on psychological well-being and individual work-performance, whereas positive significant impact of work place incivility was found on turnover intention. The findings of second objective were that psychological well-being and individual workperformance both acted as partial mediators in the relationship of workplace incivility and turnover intention. And the findings of third objective were that age has a significant effect on all the four variables viz. workplace incivility, psychological well-being, individual work-performance and turnover intention while the gender was found to have significant effect on psychological well-being, individual work-performance and turnover intention. Whereas the significant effect of education was found only on workplace incivility and individual work-performance. Marital status did not make any significant effect on any variable.
