Abstract: Inspite of the promising features of TGS crystal such as room temperature newlinedetector operation and without any external bias it has major disadvantage that it newlinedepolarizes by thermal mechanical and electrical means In order to overcome this newlinedifficulty several studies attempted with different dopant to achieve effective internal newlinebias and desired ferroelectric properties of TGS crystals by several researchers newline
