Abstract: | In the first chapters we define queuing model as it is a branch of mathematics that studies the newlineprocess of waiting in line. The queueing model aids in improving service efficiency and newlineincreasing customer satisfaction. It suggests increasing the number of servers to provide newlinebetter service to customers. This method also reduces the amount of time that is wasted. newlineQueueing models give the analyst a powerful tool for designing and evaluating the system. newlinequeueing system performance.
