Abstract: The purpose of this research was to examine relationship between alumni satisfaction and alumni giving behavior among alumni of management and engineering alumni across different types of educational institutions- Public, Private and Deemed Universities. This study also attempted to examine the mediating role of alumni citizenship behavior on the relationship between alumni satisfaction and alumni giving behavior. Additionally, the study also examined the systematic differences with respect to alumni satisfaction, alumni citizenship behavior, financial giving behavior, professional giving behavior, charitable giving behavior and social giving behavior among the groups by making comparisons based on a number of socio-demographic variables. Multi- stage purposive sampling without any bias was used to collect data for the study. Data was collected in two phases, the phase- I consisted of 200 usable responses and the phase- II study consisted of 584 respondents from Public, Private and Deemed Universities offering Management and Engineering degree courses in Delhi NCR.The questionnaires were administered individually through hard copies. For this, subjects were met personally on their alumni meet(s).The statistical analysis of the research study was done using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling SmartPLS3 software. In order to fulfill the objective of examining the impact of demographics variables of the respondents like gender, age, marital status, type of institution, etc. on the alumni satisfaction, alumni citizenship behavior and giving behavior of alumni; the technique of Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) and independent t-test were applied... newline
