Organic chemistry is a branch of chemistry, which compacts with the structure, synthesis, reaction, and medicinal/industrial applications of carbon containing natural and man-made compounds. The realm of organic chemistry not only limited up to hydrocarbons but also with carbon compounds containing several other elements such as nitrogen, oxygen, sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, halogens, and many more metals/elements. Organic compounds create several essential substance in the human body without them life could not sustain. Molecules like DNA, RNA, proteins, carbohydrates and lipids are such organic compounds that contribute mainly to the structure of the human body. Various enzymatic system and metal complexes generated by organic compounds are also mandatory for essential biological processes to occur. Furthermore, organic compounds are responsible for transferring information from one cell to other via ion transport channels, arbitrating cell to cell message. Failure of such ion transports may result in failure of vital biological processes in the body. Besides these biological importances, almost all drugs contain organic frameworks. Moreover, many daily uses stuff from soap to fabric and plastics to petroleum all are organic molecules either in their simple or complex form. newline
