Abstract: Not much research work is done in container technology for HPC. newlineVirtualization technologies (Other than OS Level Virtualization) for HPC newlinehave performance overhead whereas container technologies (OS Level newlineVirtualization) for HPC is light weight, occupy fewer resources and have less newlineperformance overhead in comparison with virtualization (Other than OS Level newlineVirtualization). If container isolation performance gets improved more newlineadvantages of HPC technologies can be taken. newlineMany container technologies are available for HPC from them LXCcontainers newlineare suitable most. LXC had an issue in limiting resources a newlinecontainer can use, which is now possible to limit. This work discusses those newlinepossibilities. newline
