Abstract: | With the advent of Industry 4.0, survival in the digital era is one of the most important issue facing organizations nowadays. Businesses are very rapidly becoming obsolete and fading away and becoming irrelevant. With the new industrial revolution, we can experience a more connected experience with Cloud connectivity connecting all through, IoT integrating and bringing a seamless device experience, Block chain enabling efficient tracking and tracking and tracing of objects and much more. It is very important that we measure the Operational Performance of the organizations continuously to ascertain how the Operational Performance is changing with the use of the multiple disruptive technologies like Cloud, Robotics, IoT, Block chain, Analytics etc. This being a relatively newer area there are fewer research which tries to explore the area of relationship between implementation of disruptive technologies and Operational Performance. newlineThe present thesis aims to address these gaps by analyzing collective disruptive technology and its impact of company type on the implementation of disruptive technologies. The study is descriptive in Nature and Cochran formula of Known population was used and a sample size of [N=384] was arrived, but the researcher was able to collect [N=406] valid responses. The respondents were administered with a self-prepared questionnaire which was validated using scale reliability Cronbach alpha and scale validity Convergent and discriminate validity. The researcher carried out a pilot study before starting the final study. The study uses two important software s for statistical testing of Hypothesis- SPSS Ver 25 and AMOS Ver 22- . The study uses ANOVA, Independent t test and SEM Analysis to validate the hypothesis. newline |
