T: Operation research have made great impact in the development of problem solving and optimizing techniques to pursuit of efficiency, high quality optimized processes and methods. Different mathematical relations, simulation and other stochastic models were used to optimized different processes and methods in order to improve the performance and quality of the work and also to make organisations able to compete in this competitive world. Transportation problem is one of the major concerns that are studied in operation management to optimize the transportation cost of the particular system. The primary concern of the transportation method is to minimize the overall cost of transportation cost or the time required for it. newlinePreviously different methods were used to optimize the transportation problem for a system or organization. This work is mainly carried out to find the shortcomings of previously used methods that are used for different types of transportation problems. In this work new unique methods were proposed to solve the transportation problem like maximum distribution minimum allotment (MDMA and fuzzy set methods). With these methods transportation problem was evaluated and then the results were compared with the previously existing methods solution. Here in this work, it also proposed the numerical method to solve transportation problem through Spyder-python language. Through analysis it is found that with MDMA and pentagonal fuzzy set methods transportation problem were easily solved as compared to other conventional methods. And with the use of numerical simulation using spyder-python language, transportation problem can be solved in a very much less of time which increase the efficient of the system and also reduces the cost of the system. newlineChapter-1 Introduction This chapter contains the basic understanding of operation research and their wide range of applications. It also includes the different methods and technique that are used to optimized the different problem. The idea of using fuzzy met
