dc.description.abstract | Atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, and asthma are all serious allergy disorders that newlineaffect millions of people around the world. Immediate or immediate-type newlinehypersensitivity reactions are the traditional names for allergic disorders, and newlineimmunoglobulin E is a key component. In the allergic inflammatory response, mast newlinecell activation mediated by the high affinity IgE receptor is a crucial step. When IgE newlinemolecules and their high affinity receptors are cross-linked in response to allergen newlinestimulation, a complex series of biochemical reactions occurs, including calcium newlineinflux, cytoskeletal reorganisation, and activation of protein tyrosine kinases, newlinephospholipases, protein kinase, and mitogen-activated protein kinases. newline | |
