Abstract: Wheat is challenged by, a serious plant pathogen viz., Bipolaris sorokiniana (Sacc.) is responsible newlinefor spot blotch disease in wheat as well as in barley crops which significantly reduces yield and newlinehamper the quality of crops. It is believed that the degree of resistance in high-yielding wheat newlinegenotypes is still unsatisfactory and needs to be greatly improved. So, identifying donor lines for newlineresistance to spot blotch disease is continuing challenge. Therefore, present investigation focused newlineon screening of total 93 wheat genotypes under natural and artificial conditions. The results of newlineANOVA revealed that significant variation found among all traits under study. newline
