dc.description.abstractThe mean age was 15.82 ± 6.18 years, ranging between 3.50 months to 24 (95% CI newline13.87 to 17.77). Boys constituted 73.20% of the study population. The majority of 23 newline(56.1%) participants had a developmental delay. The proportion of Delayed milestones newlineand Seizure disorder/Status epilepticus was 43.9% and 19.5% respectively. The newlineproportion of Preterm and neonatal seizures was 24.4% and 9.8% respectively. Among newlinethe study population, 29 (70.73%) participants had hypertonic, and 4 (9.75%) newlineparticipants had hypotonic. Among the study population, 17 (41.46%) participants had newlinebrisk, and 13 (31.70%) participants had exaggerated. Among the study population, 4 newline(9.75%) participants were power grade 1, 3 (7.31%) participants were grade 2, 15 newline(36.58%) participants were grade 3, 10 (24.39%) participants were grade 4, and 9 newline(21.95%) participants were grade 5. Among the people with motor development, 27 newline(65.85%) participants had mild delay DQ (70-85%), and 14 (34.15%) participants had newlinesevere delay DQ (lt69.9%). Among the study group, 17 (41.47%) participants had newlinenormal DQ newline(gt85%), 23 (56.10%) participants had mild delay DQ (70-85%) and 1 (2.43%) newlineparticipants had severe delay DQ (lt69.9%). Among the study population, 9 (21.95%) newlineparticipants had Abnormal / Epileptiform changes in ECG findings. Among the study newlinepopulation, 1 (2.43%) participants had CMV positive in TORCH screening. Among newlinethe study population, 2 (4.87%) participants had downs syndrome in karyotyping newlinescreening. Among the study population, 39 (95.12%) participants had normal BERA, newlineand 2 (4.87%) participants had a sensory neural hearing loss in BERA. Among the newlinestudy population, 40 (97.56%) participants had normal fundus, and 1 (2.43%) newlineparticipants had optic atrophy present in the fundus.
