Abstract: | 5.1. INTRODUCTION newlineAs the result of the linkage between gaps, objectives, hypotheses and analysis of data, newlinefindings of the study show a fruitful research. The findings below are extracted from newlinedata analysis of questionnaire, and interviews have been done with respondents. newlineFindings show that the result of research work was satisfactory from the managers newline(respondents) point of view. newline5.2. FINDINGS OF THE STUDY newline1. On the basis of the analysis it can be concluded that, 0.7% of respondents were from newline20 to 29 age group, 12% of respondents were from 30 to 39 age group, 70% of newlinerespondents were from 40 to 49 age group and 17.3% of respondents were from 50 to newline59 age group, these age group of respondents will be considered for further analysis newlineand study. newline2. On the basis of the analysis it can be said that, 98% of respondents are married and newline2.0% of respondents are unmarried. newline3. Out of the 147 married respondents, 2.7% of respondents are not having children, newline15.3% of respondents are having 1 child, 66.7% of respondents are having 2 children, newline14% of respondents are having 3 children and 1.3% of respondents are having 4 newlinechildren. newline4. It was found that 77% of the respondents enjoy family time. On the other hand, when newlineasked if they spend quality time alone for their personal interest, 36% said sometimes. newline5. Due to work commitments and assignment, management of work life integration is newlinefound difficult. 54% of respondents have said they rarely can manage their work-life newlineintegration. newline6. Almost 51% of respondents have workload and thus find it difficult to manage work newlineand personal life. newline7. 38% of the respondents often have projects and assignment as a part of their workload. newlineThis causes confusion about the job to be performed. newline8. Due to variety of jobs to be performed,51% of respondents have said that, they need to newlineremember multiple things. This also requires to be very attentive on the job. newline newline |
