Successful organizations newlineare increasingly realizing that there are number of factors that contribute to performance but newlinehuman resource is clearly the most important. Today organizations are persistently improving newlinetheir effectiveness by ameliorating performance of their employees by improving various newlinepivotal factors such as making better human resource management practices, enhancing newlineorganizational citizenship behaviour, inculcating engagement in employees, developing newlinepersonality etc. It is well known that human resource is a very pivotal resource which revolves newlinearound the growth of organizational performance and effectiveness.
