Abstract: The work carried out in my research tenure has been compiled in the form of a thesis entitled Design and Synthesis of Various Heterocyclic Molecular Hybrids as Potential Cytotoxic Agents and in newlinesilico Molecular Dynamics Simulation Studies of NMDA Antagonists and and#945;-Glucosidase newlineInhibitors . The main aim of this work is to design, synthesize and carry out the biological evaluation studies of 4-thiazolidinone/oxadiazole molecular hybrids of indoles, benzopyrones and newlineimidazopyridines. Apart from this, the work also includes the development of new and efficient methodology for the construction of oxadiazoles and some key insights into the in silico molecular dynamics studies. newline
