Abstract: The Electronic HealthCare system (EHC) is an essential sensitive domain for monitoring patient health issues. This domain has four modules, 1) Doctors, 2) Patients, 3) Administration Server (AS) and 4) Cloud Service Provider. There are many existing schemes for proving the secure and efficient ranked documents for the patients. EHC is an essential application in the modern health care system for secure communication about patient health issues. In such situations, authentication and privacy are two vital challenges need to be addressed. newlineThe personal health records of the patients are stored in the public cloud. Cloud has more benefits like data storage, server maintenance, and services availability to all the patients who use the cloud for the data access. Although the cloud has more benefits, it also has some challenging issues like data integrity, secure key distribution and attacks. There are several research works which address the above-said issues. But they faced the problems like 1) High computation complexity for an authentication phase. 2) High storage cost for index creation. 3) High communication cost for key distribution. newlineThere are several existing mechanisms for providing authentication and privacy in EHC. But, in many current protocols, the authentication methods are suffering from security issues. Key distribution methods have a high communication cost while having communication between the patients and the doctors over the cloud. Several existing systems have gaps like less data security, vulnerable authentication and inefficient file retrieval from the cloud. For overcoming the drawbacks, we have constructed four new mechanisms in this research work. newline
