Abstract: The capabilities for the design, fabrication and study of nanoscale materials with newlinedesired properties and functions around their electronic structure, have a rising newlineemphasis on today s nanotechnological research. Nanoparticles, nanowires and newlinenanotubes are most advantageous and cost effective building blocks for designing of newlinefunctional nanomaterials. Metal complexes functionalized/ modified carbon newlinenanotubes (CNTs) may lead to significant differences in their electronic, structure, newlinetransport and magnetic properties. Gold nanoparticles (GNPs) have attracted newlineextensive interest in research due to their size and shape dependent incredibly newlinefascinating tunable optical, catalytic, biocompatible, electrical conducting and newlinemagnetic properties, ease of synthesis and cost effectiveness. newline
