Abstract: | Osteoarthritis (OA) is a most prominent multifactorial musculoskeletal newlinedisorder which affects different synovial joints in approximately 50% of the newlinegeriatric population worldwide. The exact etiology is still unknown but the newlinedeterioration of aggrecan in the extracellular matrix plays a vital role in newlinecartilage destruction that leading to OA etiogenesis and proliferation. newline |
