Abstract: In the age of mediatization it becomes important to focus upon how the relationship newlinebetween politics and media is evolving. The issues being discussed in the political arena and newlinemedia landscape, which shape the intricate relationship, are also important to identify and newlineanalyse. The present research attempts to explore the mediatized political content in India. It newlineprovides the findings related to the relationship between the political and media agenda, newlineissues of major focus on various media platforms, and the issues such as candidate centric newlinepolitics and partisanship bias in the media discourse. newline
